A credit card is required to place an order online. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay by US check or money order when placing an order by regular mail. Please make your check or money order payable to “Getty Publications.” Checks must be in United States dollars, drawn on a United States bank. Please do not send cash or international money orders.

Within the United States and Canada, please call toll free 1-800-223-3431. Outside the United States and Canada, please dial the appropriate United States access code, then 310-440-7333.
By Fax To place an order by fax, please print our order form (place link to it here) and fax to 818-779-0051. Clearly indicate your name and phone number on all pages.

Shipping Information
Standard Shipping – United States Orders sent within the contiguous 48 United States are shipped UPS Ground. Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders sent to US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO are shipped USPS Parcel Post. All processed orders are shipped within 2 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping - United States UPS 2nd Day Air is available for an additional shipping charge of $12.50. UPS Next Day Air is available for an additional shipping charge of $25.00. Next Day and 2nd Day orders are shipped the first business day after the order is placed. Expedited shipping is available only to locations with street addresses. Expedited parcels cannot be shipped to rural routes or post office boxes.
Standard Shipping - Canada Orders sent to Canada are shipped via Canadian Parcel. All processed orders are shipped within 3 business days and should arrive within 14 business days. Recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Return Policy
