Classic Vases Tote Bag

In early Greece, vases were both utilitarian and artistic. The design on this cotton totebag features overlapping outlines of several vase shapes found in Ancient Greece. Tote measures 13 in. high x 15 in. wide and has an interior pocket.
The graceful shapes of vases were both pleasing to the eye and suited to their respective functions. There were four basic kinds of Greek vases: those used for drinking, mixing, and storage, and ones that were actually small utensils. The hand-painted decorations depicted on them told stories of everyday life or of heroic and mythical deeds (some even featured bawdy humor).
